Every year Litecad makes a HSEW plan that is discussed with the employees before it is implemented. Dutch laws and regulations (e.g. mining laws) form the basis of this plan.
The company policy of Litecad is focused on the achievement of its strategic goals and its main policy issues, which are formulated in Litecad's Annual Plan.
Litecad's Direction is aware that a well-defined and well-communicated Quality Policy is of great importance. It is a necessary condition for the achievement of the company goals. The general Quality Policy of Litecad can be summarized as follows:

The most important requirement for the organization is that it shall aim towards continuous self-improvement, and the Quality Management System shall provide the mechanism for its accomplishment. The Management is convinced that a well functioning Management System is a prerequisite for accomplishing all the company goals and will provide all the necessary means and people to this end.
It is the direct responsibility of the Quality Manager to develop, implement and maintain the Litecad Management System. The Quality Manager is a member of the Management Team of Litecad and as such has direct acces to the Managing Director to report on the implementation and continuous improvement of the Management System.
The Quality Policy will be annually reviewed during the Assessment of Management to ensure its ongoing appropriateness.
All structural modifications of the current Quality Management System will be treated in a project-wise approach. This amounts to implementing changes on the basis of a project plan until the result corresponds to the predefined project result.
It is the task of the Management to inform on the Company Strategy and Policy and this subject will therefore regularly be placed on the agenda of the various Departmental Meetings.
