Data and document management for the outplacement request. Remark: Litecad B.V. obtains the RE&I and the management measures regarding the job activities from the client, as early as possible. The information is used for the introduction of the employee into Litecad B.V. The information of the RI&E and the management measures are ultimately discussed with the employee at the start of the activities at the client’s premises. A notification form for deviations and failings is filled in, in case the information is not available at the start of the work at the client’s premises. With respect to PPes it is ensured that Litecad B.V. provides the primairy PPE’s such as helmet, shoes and safety glasses. Other PPEs (see RI&E) will be supplied to the outplaced employee in collaboration with the client. The actual verification of application of the necessary measures and prescriptions has been arranged in the Inspections of the work place [3.4] |
